3. User Accounts

To use SnapZero, you must:

• Create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use the app responsibly and in accordance with these terms

Age Requirements: SnapZero is designed for users of all ages. Children are welcome to use the app with appropriate parental guidance. We encourage families to cook together and learn about food safety and nutrition.

Basic Tier ($4.99/month)

• Up to 150 recipe generations per month
• Advanced dietary filters

Pro Tier ($9.99/month)

• Unlimited recipe generations
• Priority support
• Early access to new features
• Advanced meal planning

5. Payment and Billing

• All purchases are processed through the App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your App Store account
• No refunds for partial months
• Prices may vary by region

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Upload malicious content or spam

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SnapZero are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content (such as saved recipes) remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapZero is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive to provide accurate recipe suggestions and expiry tracking, we cannot guarantee:

• The accuracy of recipe nutritional information
• The safety of generated recipes for specific dietary needs
• The exact expiration dates of products
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapZero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App. This includes but is not limited to food spoilage, allergic reactions, or cooking mishaps.

10. Privacy

Your use of SnapZero is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App. Your continued use of SnapZero after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
